At SMSI customer satisfaction is priority one. The Training and Support Specialists at SMSI prove to be an invaluable tool to SMSI users. SMSI is committed to providing superior customer service. We have a very experienced and well-trained operations department to support all SMSI software and can troubleshoot / diagnose all issues via remote access. Support costs are covered in the price of maintenance.
For a new installation, SMSI receives the system at our Headquarters; we install and test each system prior to being shipped to the customer site. The customer is responsible for any networking, cabling and system setup at their location. SMSI support is available at no charge to help you through the setup if necessary. Existing customers receive upgrades using remote access.
