REPORT EXAMPLES


The following Life Cycle reports are UCCX/Express reports

SMSI’s Unify solution can manipulate the data from the Events Tables and provide:

· Minute detail of each call registered by Session ID.

· Reports can be designed to roll up by a specific ANI number, one Agent or one CSQ.

· Reason Code Summary for each Agent State change.
