The SMSI ASP model is available for companies that prefer all the capabilities of the reporting products but would like SMSI to manage the system. SMSI collects and processes the data from the customer's site(s) as often as needed. These customers have full access to the system via their web browser for reporting and can schedule reports, generate Ad-hoc reports, produce graphs along with many other functions.
The ASP model includes all hardware, software, maintenance, administration services, access, and more. Contract lengths can be as short as one (1) year or on a multi-year basis. This is a tremendous and very cost-effective option for many companies.
